Biography

Scott o' Dell was an American author for 26 novels for young people. He received the international Hans christian award in 1972 because he has written a lot of books for kids.He also received the University southern Mississippi medallion award in 1976 and the Regina medal in 1978. They say the best book and know as the best book Scott o' dell has ever written was island of the blue dolphins. He was born in May 23, 1890 in terminal island in Los angels , California. Scott o' dell went to the school in milletary school. The college he went to was la sapienza in 1925.
