Weapons

The blacksmiths were all that made things for the military. Since the Knights wore all metal crafted armor and fought with metal crafted sword the black smiths made a fairly high amount of money. Especially because of the amount of Knights there were at that time. The swords were usually heavy but sometimes light depending on wether it was a long sword or a rapier. They usually had two hand guards to prevent possible hand slicing. The swords also had leather handles for comfort and less vibration on the hand.
