Armor
Armor was thick, heavy, and uncomfortable, but saved thousands
The armor made for the Knights by black smiths were any where from 20-60 pounds and most of the Knights had major problems with flexibility with the massive armor. The more popular armor was made toward the end of the medieval times and was called plate armor. This armor was a little more decorative and was more comfortable because of more room around the waist and more of a skirt like appearances which gave more leg room for sprinting. The plate armor weighs in at 35-55 pounds without chainmail which weighs another 10 or 15 pounds.
This is an Italian plate armor set from the late medieval ages.
