Advantages

Radar gave the allies a great a advantage during the war. Radar gave them an early warning that the enemy was coming and it also gave them time to prepare. Radar also played a great role in the Battle of Britain. Radar was the only way you could find plains, submarines ext. far off the limit of human eye sight and it didn't mater if it was day or night.
