Magnetic Resonance Imaging

Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI)-method of taking clear images of both
bones and soft tissues of the body
It's a large machine that has electromagnets. The person is placed on
a platform and they go through the middle.
The magnetic energy cause the atoms to vibrate and the computer
produces an image.
MRI don't damage body cells but they are expensive and not common to
find broken bones.

2 other ways skeletal system injuries include surgical procedures such
as joint replacement and arthroscopy.

Joint replacement are for joints that are injured or diseased and
require treatment. Arthritis is a disease of joint that would need
joint replacement.

Arthroscope is a surgery that doctors make small incision and then
insert a slim, tube-shaped instrument.
A camera is attached and shows an image of your joints. Many incisions
can be made in the joint.
