FlowVella with Leap Motion Integration – the new viewer for Mac OSX!

Today, we are pleased to announce that we have built FlowVella with Leap Motion Integration for the Mac so you can view and share your Flows! (Don’t worry, we’re considering bringing the creator to Mac too! More about that below.)

We first saw the Leap Motion controller a few months ago and were impressed. We thought that of all its potential uses, the ability to control your Flow through gestures would be a great use. We also have wanted to build an offline viewer for your Flows – we know that you don’t always have WiFi but you still want to present what you’ve created!

Without further ado, here’s the great video guide we’ve created for how to use FlowVella with Leap Motion Viewer for Mac:

Our talented team quickly ported part of the FlowVella app to Mac in the last 6 weeks. It’s been an interesting process of going from iPad to Mac and we are pleased with our initial product, but we also know it needs more refinement. We are still considering if we are going to port the FlowVella Creator to Mac, and we’d love to hear your thoughts on that.

Our app will be launching in the Leap Motion Airspace App Store soon, but we’re giving you early access by allowing you to download it now! Download FlowVella with Leap Motion Viewer for Mac OSX here!  Note: This version is for Mac OSX 10.7 and above.

  1. Yes, Yes, Yes, please do everything you can to port the flow board to desktop. As a visual designer & blogger the disconnect from a Mac has not ended as yet. Both iPad and mini are great revolutions, however, there are still many important factors to still delivering great work visually, socially and through business integration on a Mac. If you guys can set this up… You’ll have a fan for life.
