If germs get in our body by crossing first line of defense then the second line of defense helps us and protects us by increasing our body temperature fever since germs cannot survive in extreme temperature and will help in slow growth of germs and then it dies. The way we get infected by a bee or by a bug then the White Blood Cells help by using inflammatory response.
