Definitions of Declared Distances:

TORA: Takeoff run available: The length of the runway declared available and suitable for the ground run of an aircraft taking off.

TODA: Takeoff distance available: The length of the take off run available (TORA) plus the length of the clearway, where provided. This value is used for the determination of the accelerate-go to 35 feet. (OEI)
Also all engines operating to 35: (toda/1.15)

ASDA: Accelerate Stop Distance Available: The length of the takeoff run plus the length of the stopway, where provided. Some airports are having to utilize an ASDA which is less than the TORA.

LDA: Landing distance available: The length of runway which is declared available and suitable for the ground run of an aircraft landing. Stop within 60% part 135

BFL: Balanced field length: Accelerate stop distance is equal to the accelerate go distance. (AFM performance) Balanced uses the shortest value, and does not take into consideration the clearway and or stopway, thereby possibly reducing your takeoff weight.
