Plants

Plants are organisms that grow and thrive using sunlight to make glucose or food for itself. A non-vascular plant doesn't have a vascular tissue, while a vascular plant does. Vascular plants bear seeds and fruit. Plants are important to the biosphere for many reasons. Firstly they release oxygen, a necessity to our lives. Plants also are a food source for humans and animals.
