1. Fill a large ziplock bag half way with ice and add about 6 tablespoons of salt.
2. Combine the sugar, cream, and vanilla in the smaller ziplock bag, and place in the large ziplock.
3. Wear gloves or use a towel to protect your hands from being damaged, and then shake.
4. Remove finished product from the bags and eat.
