I was at the movies and i got sneezed on by a guy with the flu.
The virus went into my nose and past my nose hairs, first line of defense.
Although mucus traps and dissolves most bacteria. My own breathing carried the virus down my nostril.
My breath pulls the virus through my mucus and down to my throat where it burros into my saliva.
The virus impersonates a protein so the cell allows the virus inside the cell membrane.
The virus takes over the cell creating 1,000s of new viruses instead of proteins.
Each of the new viruses will take over cells and make more viruses.
My body with start to fight back with the natural killer cells or immune system. (first line of defense)
