The first thing that I would have to do to be able to BASE jump is be 18.

Second, I would have to have skydiving experience.

Which includes-
Do a tandem jump to see if you like skydiving and how you react to it
-if you like it do the aff course so you can solo skydive
-do about 150 skydives
