Mississippi Rejects Klan

As the Ku Klux Klan continued their search for recruits, they were quickly shot down by the town of Greenville, Mississippi. LeRoy Percy, a lawyer in the town, publicly opposed the Klan causing a commotion among the nation. Despite the many threats on his life, he never backed down and his defiance only encouraged others.
