Eragons Story

In the first book of the Inheritance cycle, Eragon, the main character Eragon is accidentally sent a dragon egg which miraculously hatches for him. Once the egg hatches and his dragon, named Saphira for her blue scales, grows up the evil emperor Galbatorix searches for him through the use of the Ra'zac. Luckily for Eragon Brom, a member of his village, helps him escape and brings him to the Varden, where he finds out it is his destiny to defeat Galbatorix.
