The word hope represents chapter one. We met Felix a young boy living in a orphanage in 1943 in Poland. For 3 years and 8 months he has hoped that his parents will come and pick him up. One night while removing the steam from his glasses Felix sees a FULL carrot in his soup. The chances of this is so unlikely that he treats it has a sign his mum and dad are coming to get him.
