The secret of the fries

Each morning fresh potatoes were being washed, skinned, and thinly sliced in the kitchen. As the fast food chain is getting larger it has became more difficult but all they though was important was keeping the fries maintained. All Ray Kroc wanted was the fries to taste all the same in a bunch of different of places.  J.R. Simplot had a great idea for McDonalds fries, J.R. said that McDonalds should start using frozen french fries.  J.R. and his company have been trying to figure out how to make the perfect frozen french fire for so many years so it had taken them awhile. French fries really didn't become popular until the 1920's the people of America were just used to eating the fried mashed and backed and then by World War 1 french Fries were widely introduced.
