Improvement into a system

In 2011 Consumers for Competitive Choice (C4CC) President Robert K. Johnson, submitted a letter to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) requesting a formal review and test of alternatives to diisononyl phthalate (DINP), a plasticizer that has been thoroughly reviewed and approved for use in infant toys by the CPSC.
