Paly Special Education has been busy this year co-teaching in World History, US Government, Contemporary World History, US History, and Algebra 1. Student outcomes in co-taught classrooms continue to be positive. Our Inclusion TOSA continues to work closely in supporting all of our co-teachers as well as working with the Biology team during PLC’s to help them revise curriculum to make it more accessible for a wide variety of learners.

The Department Lead for Special Education spent two full weeks in February at Jordan and JLS conducting over 50 transition meetings for incoming 9th graders in order to ensure a smooth transition for each student with an IEP in the fall.
