Generally, this generation is used to multi-tasking and handling a significant amount of communication via technology, leveraged correctly the time saving is incredible. Overused and isolated, it could be viewed as out of touch, aloof or worst, uncaring. An awareness of good personal communication, active listening and body language will be key for those taking the reins.”
