Interpret
I think that the two figures sharing an umbrella is another example of love rather that a physical affection. Also the fact that everything is blurred and colorful except them draws attention to the figures.

Analyze
-the blue and yellow colors fill the painting with a lightness and brightness
-the converging parallel lines of the road lead to the figures
-the figures are leaning on each other and share an umbrella
-vertical direction adds uniformity
-short strokes crate texture
