Contraindications & cautions

Allergies to

Sulfonamides , sulfonylureas, thiazides.

Use cautiously with impaired renal or hepatic function, G6PD deficiency, and porphyria.

Pt's have an increased risk of hypoglycemia when taking

tolbutamide, tolazamide, glyburide, glipizide, and chlorpropamide

concurrently.
