It happened on November 22, 1963 in Dallas, Texas at 12:30 pm. Kennedy was shot with a sniper while traveling with his wife in a presidential motorcade. Kennedy was killed by Lee Harvey Oswald. Kennedy was shot in the neck and head and the governor was hit in the chest. The car sped away to a near by medical center but there was nothing they can do and Kennedy was pronounced dead.
