Hours after it began

I get splashed by several liquids coming out of the walls which make me oooz even more. (Bile) (digestive enzymes) (liver & gall bladder) (pancreas) this only happens for about 10 inches though.

I'm now greeted by these finger like things (villi) that make me feel tired and take my energy. (Absorption of nutrients)
