Being confident is not easy especially for those who get nervous easily. If you want to be a nurse or doctor confidence kicks in. You can't be scared to hold a scalpel and cut the throat of a patient.

Being inthe medical industry require a lot of commitment and that means staying till super late hours to help at the hospital. If it was time for your leave and there was an injured patient then you can't leave the hospital you have to help and stay heal the patient.
