Advantages/Disadvantages

-He was on the ocean for all journey so it was very hard to survive through the many storms at sea.
-The king was personal friends with him so he was able to get ships easier from him and because they were right next to a harbor where they went out.
-Nobody wanted to be on a ship for months because of the horrible conditions out at sea.
-There were many mountains so they couldn't walk anywhere because it would take days on end.
-They were near water so they had plenty of water for the city and didn't have to lug it for miles.
