Summary:

This accident wasn't a factor of speed or drugs. The James river bridges grid when wet is not safe. It was wet at the time and she simply lost control of the car. The new grid was going through test to see how unsafe it was. More accidents were starting to happen and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. They still haven't found what was wrong. So they reduced the speed from 55 to 45. Kayla's life could have been saved if she was wearing her seat belt. But her death saved six other lives because she was a organ doner. Her parents got a lock of her hair and her hand prints as a sign of gratitude.
