That April she was given control of part of France's army.

In Orléans, on May 4th, the French captured Saint Loup and Saint Jean de Blanc.
Joan wanted to attack again and was locked into the city. Joan and her supporters successfully got through the gate
May 7th: Joan is injured by arrow during successful attack on Les Tourelles. She returns to attack shortly after shot.
