WHY?
I chose a lower gross margin for my blue bell ice cream because it's still winter, and nobody would like a nice, cold bowl of ice cream when it's freezing outside.

I made my desired gross margin for my hot pockets a little bit above average because many people probably won't want to buy it. Though, some people would probably like it for a quick, hot n' ready dinner or snack for the Super Bowl.
