Reconciliation
This sacrament cleanses the person, and washes away their sins.

The priest hears the person's sins, and forgives the person with the powers bestowed on him in the sacrament of Holy Orders.

Anointing of the Sick
This sacrament forgives the person's sins, heals the soul, and prepares the person for death.

The priest anoints him with oil, blessing him. The person is healed spiritually, and sometimes physically.
