The Mountain Goat is the official symbol of Glacier National Park.It moves and lives at high elevations often resting on rocky cliffs that predators cannot reach.

This beautiful flower called aster is very well known in the park to bring luck and protect against evil, legend says that when the the flower closes its petals, it's a signal that rain is approaching.
