Chain of Events

The Proposal:
the estates vote as on large body and each individual head is counted ... Majority rules
 The Result:
After weeks of a stalemate the 3rde state declared itself the National Assembly  and invited members of the 1st and 2nd estates to join them to help write a Constitiuion (a document that describes the basic rules and laws of government)
They found the assembly hall locked so they met at a nearby Tennis Court where they took an oath, this is the Tennis Court Oath
This included reform minded clegry and nobles, he king grudgingly accepted the assembly and it's goal.
