Location

Geothermal power plants are generally built where geothermal reservoirs are located with in a mile or 2 of the surface. There's also geothermal energy in homes for example you need hot air,cold air,and also hot water

Geothermal fields produce only about one-sixth of carbon dioxide that relative clean nature-gas-fueled power plant produces. Geothermal energy is always available.

The main concern is release of hydrogen sulfide,a gas that smells rotten eggs at low concentration. Another concern is the release of hydrogen sulfide which may contain low levels of toxic materials. Although geothermal sites are capable of providing heat for many decades,eventually specific location may cool down.
