Rising Action

All four of the new siblings are hiking upward towards the cave. The wind is blowing hard with the tide coming harder every time. They reach the cave, shelter at last.

All of them are cold, their trying to sleep, but they just couldn't. In the morning, Buzz goes out and gets two coconuts, while Jane makes a list of what they could save from the boat. Carter cuts the coconuts open, there wasn't lots of flavor.

Jane decides to elect a leader, Vanessa becomes the leader. Without hesitating a second, the first thing Vanessa does is ask Buzz what he knows about starting a fire from scratch. He couldn't get it started, Carter tired he couldn't get it either. Jane and Buzz are told to go through the cave to get water. They had Jane's camera to light the way, is wasn't much but is was all they had.
