Population- Who is affected?

Coffin- Siris Syndrome is a rare genetic disease and has only been found in 80 people. It is diagnosed in females more than males and mostly in children/young ages. Coffin- Siris Syndrome has a dominant pattern of inheritance and is not normally inherited by your parents, but it grows in the embryonic development.
