Thanks for your request.
I'm preparing quotations for your holiday retreat in Italy.

First of all I suggest you Puglia Region - Salento Area.
I choose this area because also in late September the climate is very good and you can spend good time on the beach.

I find a very good Masseria. Masseria is the Italian name for House in countryside. Where in past time lived people working in fields.
This masseria is in Vernole : 4 km far from beachs, near a WWF protected sea area, 10 km far from the beautiful Lecce.

I suggest this masseria because this is a very relaxing place and the atmosphere is so worm. Here you can find silence and sound of Wind.. Far from crowed beaches...
But, in short time, you can arrive along the sea. In this area, there are many different kind of beach : with sand, or rocky, wide, or small caletta, but the sea is blue, clean and water temperature is perfect.
Belive me this area is really nice !

I suggest this masseria also for the good price.
I spoke a long with Miss Paola the owner. She is so lovely and kind, and she really belive in Amalgama style and proposals.
Beside that, Paola knows that the web site of the masseria is poor. She want to invest for making a new one, but now, she prefere to offer good prices.

This is the price for half board : room + breakfast + vegetarian lunch (or dinner - you can choose between lunch or dinner) 80,00 euro a day a person. (In case someone ask for single room : + 15 euro)

This price includes also my presence. I will be there with you for helping the organization, the moovements, the visits and excursions etc,

I need a short time for calculate the cost for the transfert from the airport (Brindisi is the nearest, or Bari).
We also evolute if renting a car for mooving, take taxi, or public means of transport. As well Ms Paola just offer her help.

If you prefere to stay in another Masseria in Puglia with swimming-pool, the price is about 10-15 euro a day more

I can also prepare quotation for Venice islas, but the prices are a bit more highter.
