Heritage House
The Heritage House was moved to Fullerton arboretum. The roof of the house had to be taken off when it was getting moved. It was home to Doctor Clark. Doctor Clark had his own office in the Heritage House. There were two entrances in the Heritage House. One was for Doctor Clark's office for his patients, and the other was for the family. They did the laundry outside. They didn't have fancy machines that swirled around. They did it by hand. The children had chores that were important. One was doing the laundry which took very long. Another was filling the bathtub with water. The bath was a big, metal, oval shaped, bowl. Whenever they needed ice, they would have this diamond shaped card with the numbers, 25, 50, 75, and 100. Each number represented how many pounds of ice they needed. The ice man would see the number at the top and give them that many pounds if ice.
