Jamberry was started by three sisters; Keri, Christy, & Lyndsey. They were determined to find a more cost effective way to have gorgeous nails and toes without the salon price. The sisters began brainstorming ideas for a nail covering that could be applied at home and have intricate details in the design. Christy's husband had worked with similar material in his manufacturing experience, and began experimenting and fine tuning the product with the sisters.

Jamberry was launched in October 2010, and with so much interest in the product, the sisters started a home party test in July 2011. With so much success and huge climb in sales, less than a year later in. June 2012, Jamberry officially launched into the direct sales party plan industry!
