When thinking about happiness, think more long term. Yes, you can be happy when looking at your favorite superstar recent twitter update, or seeing a dog walking down the street, but then what happens after that? You move on doing what you were doing before that. What makes that little spark of happiness last longer? Many different aspects of life can be filed or grouped into one of the categorizes of the components of health, from the smaller and less meaningful of things, to the exact opposite of that. Any activities or thoughts that have to deal with the people around you or with yourself are also included whether those things are internal or external exercise and ideas. Thoughts about yourself psychical and mental flaws are related to six components of health. If you are comfortable in social situations, or can adjust to them, if you are happy with yourself and your home life. A balance of all six of these components can make a person happy for a long period of time if kept in line and properly stabilize throughout your life.
