The scientific revolution is the series of events which led to the birth of modern science. During the 1500s and 1600s, many incredible individuals created the foundation for science today.

Ptolemy was a Greek thinker, an astronomer. He studied the skies and created theories on what he saw. He also made the best maps of his time. Ptolemy was a rationalist, someone who looked at the world in a rational and logical way.
