As a result of the case against Miranda, each and every person must now be informed of his or her rights when arrested. If an officer fails to read a person their Miranda Rights, the person is let go, and can not be convicted. An example is in the movie "21 Jump Street" where a cop, Jenko (Channing Tatum) failed to read a drug dealer his Miranda Rights Correctly.
