Key Points

The circumference of a circle can only go around approximately three times because when you multiply the diameter of any circle to pi you get a number and when simplified, equals 3.14 or pi.
If the radius or diameter has a decimal as it then you have to use 3.14 for pi and if the radius or diameter is a fraction then you have to use 22/7 for pi.
