Guns should never be taken away from American citizens. Yes, events have taken place that made the need for regulations. But since the right to bear arms is in our amendment it can not be done. Our forefathers wanted us to have guns. People who do not have the common sense, mentally unstable and violent behaviors should be prohibited from having guns. But I do believe, most guns, like military assault weapons should be banned from any regular citizen from getting.
