•They could rob those they defeated💵
•They get the chance to travel the world🌍
•Uniform and weapons were provided 👔
•They were fit strong and brave which impressed the women💑
•After they serve their 25 years they were payed or given a piece of land which meant they could retire in comfort. It was much like a retirement pension.👴💵
