Changing your lifestyle can help with your bipolar disorder, such as:
-If person drinks, smokes, or does any kind of drugs besides the prescribed ones, they should quit
-Steer clear of negative or unhealthy relationships
-Get plenty of sleep

- Educate yourself on bipolar disorder , the more you know, the more you will understand
-Join a support group, this helps with meeting people who are going through the same thing you are
-Stay focused on your goals, prioritize your life, so it will run smoothly
-Find healthy outlets (regular exercise, recreational activities)
-Learn ways to relax and mange stress ( yoga, tai chi, meditation)
