Instructors have more options than ever before. Faculty can collaborate in teams easier, and have the freedom to keep their time invested in the course flexible. Because of these newly emerging benefits, instructors can spend more time creating ways for students to get actively involved. Faculty take a back seat and simply become a "director" rather than a "lecturer".
