Physical therapists take higher education to earn their degrees in physical therapy. A few decades ago they only needed to have a bachelor's degree but now medicine has become so advanced, they need to take higher education and pass the medical exam board in order to treat any patients.

The world's first kinesiology department was launched in 1967 at the University of Waterloo, Canada.
