Chap.6 animals

The Snowy Owl is to be one of the largest and most attractive owls. The Snowy Owls have really furry and white feathers. The reason why they were called "Snowy Owl"because of there white furry feathers. The male Snowy Owls are mostly pure white with little spots and a wing barring. The females have heavy gray-brown lines across her body , wings, and a speckled plumage. A Snowy Owl's adaptation is its wings for flying away from a predator and another is its feet for clawing other animals or using its beak to poke other animals.
