This major plot line relates to Boo beause he is still a mystery to himself and others. People don't no about him or what he does. Most have never even seen him, they just hear stories about him and don't know the whole truth. He doesn't quite know what he has done to deserve being shut out from the world.

This major plot line relates to Boo because he is still learning things about himself and growing as a individual. He is starting to interact with the children and growing relationships with them. He grows through out the book tremendously by growing a relationship with the kids.

Boo Radley Mystery and Coming of Age

Boo Radley Mystery

Coming of Age

"We were walking past our tree. In its knot-hole rested a ball of gray twine."(Lee 78)

"Next morning the twine was where we had left it. When it was still there on the third day, Jem pocketed it."(Lee 79)

These excerpts from the book show boo connecting and growing by having a relationship with the children.

" 'When I went back for my breeches—they were all in a tangle when I was gettin‘ out of ’em, I couldn’t get ‘em loose. When I went back—'Jem took a deep breath. 'When I went back, they were folded across the fence... like they were expectin’ me.' " (Lee 78)

This shows us that they don't really know who put the pants on the fence folded. They think it was Boo and still quiston who he is. He is still a mystery.
