My Opinion

In my opinion, I believe that Otto Von Bismarck was a good leader for his time. One of his pros are that he did bring a great power to Prussia in the German Empire. He became prime minister of Prussia. He won of Denmark and Austria. He also had a way to avoid the wars. He had addressed the Reichstag in February 1888. Those are the reasons on why I believe Otto Von Bismarck was a good leader in Prussia.
