Make all forms of ivory illegal.
-Ivory can be easily substituted by other products. Since ivory is primarily used for decoration anyway, this can be very helpful for stopping elephant poaching.

Offer support to African/ Asian Countries
-There are obvious poverty and economic problems in these two countires. Poaching is not the answer. There should be funds for these countries to help build them.
